Migraine, cervicogenic headache and chiropractic. Systematic literature searches of controlled clinical trials published through August 2009 relevant to chiropractic practice were conducted using many databases. Twenty-one articles were used to develop recommendations. The evidence suggests that chiropractic care improves migraine and cervicogenic headaches. (3)
