Kids Club and other special events coming up!

Kids Club!
On the third Friday of each month, all established patients under the age of 12 can get adjusted for just $10! Special prizes and giveaways for the kids that get adjusted! Mark your calendars for the next one coming up: Jan 20th! Please note that February's Kids Club will be on the 24th!

Special Fund Raising Event
Thursday, February 2nd, from 10 am til 6 pm we will be holding a fundraiser event for Billy and Jennifer Saylor and their three beautiful triplets, Margaret Grace, Cooper Yeager and Emily Faith. Billy is Dr. Saylors brother and Jennifer is Denelle's sister. Just bring in baby wipes and diapers and get a free adjustment! Also, both massage therapists will be on hand for mini massages from 3 pm til 6 pm. Suggested donation for a mini massage is $1 a minute. All donations will be greatly appreciated!

March 8th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm we will be hosting a "lunch and learn". More details to come!

Meet the newest member of the Van Every Family - Laura

Hi! my name is Laura and I am the newest member to the Van Every Family Chiropractic family.

I am a born and rasied Royal Oak-er as is my husband, Mark. We have 2 daugters and a son that attend Oak Ridge Elementary School right around the corner. They are all patients here at Van Every. I love to hear my kids say, "Mom, I think I will feel better after an adjustment."

I have been a patient here since 2006 and am a firm believer in the benefits of chiropractic care as it relates to my mind, body, and spirit. I have experienced relief from headaches, vertigo, and insomnia. The environment at Van Every has only made my experiences with chiropractic care better; the warm and caring staff here is really like no other! I even told myself when I began my visits years back, "Now THIS is the kind of place I would like to work at!"

Migraine, cervicogenic headache and chiropractic. Systematic literature searches of controlled clinical trials published through August 2009 relevant to chiropractic practice were conducted using many databases. Twenty-one articles were used to develop recommendations. The evidence suggests that chiropractic care improves migraine and cervicogenic headaches. (3)
